Creative Project BSc
The project consisted of working on a finding a 1-2 min long video trailer, whether it be for a film, videogame or tv show. Initially i had 2 different ideas for the trailer, all videogame based, the first was for the Game Civilizations VI, the second was Watchdogs 2 and the third was for Pokemon Sun and Moon.
In the end i decided to go with the Pokemon trailer, this was because the civilization game trailer didn't have much to work with, and wouldn't show off any relevant skills, and the watchdogs trailer had too much going on in it, and it would have proved too much work to get done given the time frame we had. I broke down the key components of the trailer, and created a spot sheet for the entire project, and i would add more as the months went on if i felt more was needed. foley included vocals, in game audio and sound effects along with a brand new soundtrack.

I created a plan, that included reaching out to the colleges composition class, hoping that someone would be willing to assist in my project in making the brand new soundtrack. I had also planed on going to the local youth Theater to find young kids to assist with some foley effects. i also had to research methods of recording in game audio from a nintendo 3ds into a pc.
